Find an exercise for YOU. Just because running burns more calories than cycling doesn’t mean you shouldn’t cycle if you love to. Do the exercises you enjoy and you have better chances at turning it into a habit, building your endurance and maybe even exploring other options eventually!
Here’s a picture from a hike I went on the other day with a friend! Instead of just hitting the gym, turn socializing into exercise to burn more calories! We did this hike exactly a year and it took twice as long. It felt amazing to half our time!!
