My first post is just a little background about who I am and what you will find on this new blog
Growing up I was always on the chubbier side and it never really hit me until I was in university. My eating habits and lack of exercise were seriously catching up to me. In my Junior year, something hit me and I decided I would lose weight. I’m still not exactly sure what gave me the extra motivation to go out and achieve my goals but here I am, recently graduated and over 75lbs lighter!!I created this blog to share my passion for food and how I balance that with a healthy lifestyle – and lose weight!

Current weight: 163lbs
Goal weight: 140lbs (23lbs to go)
